Before I converted, I thought that both good and evil came from the same source: God. If something was good, I considered it a divine blessing; but if something was bad, I’d consider it a punishment from God. I was born, raised and educated in this pagan faith. When I met the Saviour, all this religious stupidity was replaced with a new mind: the mind of the Lord Jesus (1 Co 2:16). Because of this, my concepts and opinions changed radically. |

For example, I don’t believe that children are born because it’s God’s will. I believe that children are conceived because of a fixed law of nature—which is the law of procreation. God created the entire universe and established fixed laws to manage it. He created man and woman, and established the law of procreation for them. He did the same thing with animals and plants. I don’t see the birth of a child as the fruit of God’s hand; in the same way, I do not see evil as something that comes from Him. Everyone has the right to decide what he wants to do with his life. Whether or not a person should have children is not God’s business, just as He has nothing to do with evil. God bless you all! |
