Are You Weak? Then You Will Give Up!

Life is a war! In whatever you try or want to do, you will find someone competing against you. And if you are weak you will give up!

I remember when I was in the army the Sergeant used to place strong pressure on us, yelling at us - “Give up you weakling, you can’t make it!”, “Soldiers! You’re a group of sissis!”, etc.

They were doing that to select the weak from the strong, to see who was determined to go until the end.

When the drill finished the officer told us that in the special forces, what they are looking for the most in a recruit was how determination and emotional strength more than physical because this was something that could be trained and worked on later.

In areas of our life there is competition. If you go into business, you will find many other business people. If you get into sports the same, to be an artist also.

Even if you want to be a pastor, you have the devil competing against you for souls and he is a dirty player.

If you look at the natural wildlife you will also find that the weak lose.

In the Bible you will find many examples of that. One example is Gideon when he prepared for the war, 32000 came at the end only 300 remained.

And guess who were the first ones to give up? If you answered the weak then you would be correct!

Here is God’s advise:
“... Let the weak one throw out his chest and say, “I’m tough, I’m a fighter.” (Joel 3:10 -The Message)

If you are weak you will give up!
