Samuel Duah

My name is Samuel Duah and would proudly refer to myself as a Christian for over 20 years.

However my daily bread was one bottle of gin and few others of wine and beer.

My addiction led me to several other problems in life such as daily arguements with my wife and being very aggressive.

I also had my driving license suspended on two occasions due to drink driving which also affected my job opportunities.

The biggest loss was when I was two weeks away of receiving my Australian citizenship and was caught again drink driving by the police, being reported to the immigration, I had my citizenship provisionally suspended.

It was when I had joined the UCKG, along with my wife, and after my chain of prayers I became totally free from my drinking addiction.
Today, I can gladly say that if I just sense the smell of any kind of alcohol, I feel immediately sick to my stomach. I am a better person, respectable head of the family and it was only possible through prayer.
